Culinary arts




The phrase "Aniwan can Cook" comes from Chef Gateau, the famous, dead cook aka imaginary friend of Remy in Ratatouille. That is quite true.


Cooking is so fun I tell you. First ,you grab anything available on the kitchen shelves and mix everyhing together. Don't forget the detergent. Then, you blow up the kitchen and leave the mess to your elder siblings. (Trust me , you can get out of it.) Maybye your end-product isn't ahem, what it should look like the pics in your recipe, but it sure is your masterpiece! How it taste bergantung pada diri sendiri la!


This is exactly what Wey, Emily and I did on my Birthday. It took us years to deep fry the prawns thanks to Wey who came up with this brilliant idea. The batter required lemon juice but We changed it to Sunkist Orange Juice. It turned out to be quite good-looking (the prawns I meant) but it waz still raw. Baked it for 15 minutes. Steamed some corns and voi-la!

At least Ms. I-know-everything- in-the-world-and-you-don't isn't complaining. Wolfed down our experiments (prawns) while eating corn and watching SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE.




PRAWNS (Sounds like phorn) and CORN (Now this sounds like Kock) Xp

Made this babeh a few daws back. Quiche Lorraine. Made it for my dad to bribe him to take me to Pavillion. Operation SUCCESSFUL!







Ingredients: Cabbage, tomato, garlic, onion, bao choi, si ham, babi paste, soya souce and chicken stalk.

How to make: Dump everything inside and set it to the strongest fire. Wait till the smell explodes in your nostrils, the nasal cavity then serve while hot.


I love my brother. I will protect him my whole life! Nothing will break our bond!




Uh oh.. May he rest in peace. Who's up for rabbit casserole? Sate seems just as fine.

Uh.. What this fugly (sorry, wey :p) organism haunting my post?



Whole family had this during Valentine's Day. Champange gave it the final touch- Chateau Du Puy. Those of you who are on a diet, it would be perfect for you! Of course I did not enjoy it throughly, Cheese Burgers and Lap Cheong(Chinese wrinkled sausage) are my staple food!


Mmmm... Looks good or not? I name it my FRAPACINA (Frapachinno) ALMAND COFFEE CAKE..
